Q) Who can list?

A) Anyone who is wanting to advertise their rental property or sharehouse privately is able to list

Q) Does it cost me anything?

A) The service is absolutely free, there is no cost of any type

Q) How long will my listing last for?

A) Sharehouse listings last for one month, and will then be automatically deleted. However if you still need to advertise your property after this time simply re-submit your ad. Rental listings remain displayed until we are directed by the owner that the property has been let.

Q) How do I know that the ad is still current?

A) Sharehouse ads are only displayed for one month, after this time they are automatically deleted. We contact rental property owners monthly to ensure their property is still available, all let properties are removed

Q) What do I need to list?

A) All you need to list is an active email address

Q) How do I search for Rental/Sharehouse properties?

A) You can start seaching properties directly from the home page, by clicking the ‘rent’ or ‘share’ button and then clicking on the state you want to search

Q) How will people contact me?

A) You can have your phone number on your ad, or people can click the ‘email owner’ button on your ad to email you directly. People browsing you ad will not see your email address.
